THANK YOU, MELBOURNE
Some Christmas traditions become so much a part of our lives that it is difficult to imagine the festive season without them.
For us, A Christmas Carol in Melbourne is one of those traditions.
Since 2022, you welcomed us with open arms. You laughed with us. You cried with us. You danced in the snow with us. You brought your families, your friends and your festive spirit to the Comedy Theatre — and you made A Christmas Carol something very special both on and off the stage.
You made it a tradition, a moment to share and celebrate. You also made it an opportunity to give back and support those doing it tough over the festive season. The show’s year on year charity partnerships with Food Bank, Second Bite and FareShare raised almost $1m over our four years playing at the Comedy Theatre.
A Christmas Carol will be taking a break in 2026.
We know this may be disappointing for many of you, and believe us, it is bittersweet for us too. So we want to thank you, Melbourne, for the four magical Christmases we spent together.
But this isn’t the end of the story.
